As the company’s AI leader, his teams champion the democratization of AI tools throughout the business, scaling high-value use cases, and exploring advancements through partnerships to improve experiences and efficiency.

A holder of multiple issued and pending patents, Mike brings deep expertise in digital banking and marketing. Before his current role, he led Digital Banking for a community bank and taught a master’s course on fintech at Brandeis University for six years. Currently, he serves on the Board of Visitors for the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford.
