Mike is the technology leader for Innovation, Emerging Payments, and R&D at a Fortune 200 FinTech, with responsibility for building and launching new products and capabilities into market. Focusing on trends further out on the horizon, the team takes a human-centered design approach to find product / market fit for new solutions. 

Over his career, Mike and his teams have led rapid builds of numerous MVPs, co-developed products with major tech companies, and provided expert technology guidance on various Ventures & M&A opportunities. 

Additionally, Mike is head of the company’s dedicated research lab located at one of the top 5 engineering universities in the country. Recent work from the lab has advanced exploration into artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, blockchain, and digital payments.

Prior to his current role, Mike led a Digital Banking team and had stints building digital marketing teams at various organizations. He teaches a master’s course on Fintech at Brandeis University, holds an MBA from UHart and a BS in Marketing & International Business from Wagner, and is always looking for another good podcast recommendation.
